Analisadaily.com, Sipirok – To share the joy of Christmas and the New Year, PT North Sumatra Hydro Energy (NSHE), together with its main contractor, Sinohydro Corporation Limited, has once again distributed aid to the children of the Debora Orphanage in Sipirok, South Tapanuli Regency (Tapsel).
“The aid—consisting of stationery, jackets, basic food supplies, and medicines, handed over last Monday (Dec 21)—is intended to support the education, health, and daily needs of the children at the orphanage,” said PT NSHE Social Supervisor Jamal Hotma Harahap on Thursday (Dec 25).
He noted that this activity is part of the company’s annual agenda to share the joy of the Christmas and New Year season.
“Sharing kindness has become our regular annual commitment; we hope this aid brings happiness and lifts the spirits of the children at Debora Orphanage as they celebrate Christmas and the New Year,” he said.
The head of the Debora Orphanage Foundation, Herlina Sihombing, expressed her appreciation for the care shown by PT NSHE and Sinohydro, who consistently assist the children at the orphanage.
“Thank you for the attention given every year. This aid is deeply meaningful—not only in material terms but also by instilling spirit and hope in our children,” she said.
In addition to this charitable initiative, PT NSHE continuously carries out various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the fields of education, health, agriculture, and MSME empowerment across the South Tapanuli region.
